What Happens After I Accept An Offer?

Here’s the super easy part – when you’re ready to sell your house and you like the offer we sent, signing is the last thing you have to do! Let our agents and Transactions Coordinator take care of everything for you.

We pride ourselves with an unobtrusive closing – we only have to come out to the property as little as two times. It is up to you if you want to be present for our walkthroughs. Or if you have tenants, we ask you give them notice at least 24 hours before we show up on their doorstep.
